Piaget proposed that we can change how we think as we form new schemas, or ways of thinking about how the world works. How does children"s thinking change as they grow older: sensorimotor stage (birth-2 years, preoperational stage (2-7 years, concrete operational stage (7-12 years, formal operational stage (12 years +) Logical thinking classification by several features.
