Document Summary

In my opinion, there are certain known privacies, while the government may have access to everything either ways. It isn"t directly stated about the right to privacy, however, stated in the bill of rights, it shows that people cannot be searched without a warrant or mistreated due to them denying to show their personals items/events. Privacy can be found where people cannot have their houses searched without permission, their personal documents cannot be forcibly acquired, and personal background information cannot be forced. All this privacy is for the protection of citizen rights and against any mistreatment by the government or any other officials. However, government can tap into phones, and take official documents without any reason. Referring to roe v. wade, privacy was one of the sides while the other side was religion. If life was assumed to be since fertilization happened, then abortion was considered a fault and pro-life arguments fought for the invasion of privacy for one"s body.
