Leadership, planning, organization, time management are four skills that importance for me to succeed in business. From my knowledge, leadership is an importance skill for one who want to be in management field. Such as ceo, manager, team captain, coach ect. I used to be a captain in my basketball team, and i enjoyed leading my team, promoting and motivating people. I also felt joyful when my team achieve certain goal. I would like to improve more on this skill to have more experience. Such as the ability to see people"s capability to make a team. I always dream to become a successful entrepreneur like my father, so leadership skill is necessary to advance in my professional endeavors. Planning, organization, time management are the skills i am currently developing. By having those skills, i will able to save my time, increase productivity, and have my future career plan out more carefully.
