Orwell is most famous for his novels nineteen eighty-four and animal farm. Orwell got his education in england before heading out to burma, a british colony, so as to work in the. By 1927, he had left the force, convinced of the brutalities it inflicted upon the people of india, to become a writer. His first novel "down and out in paris and london" got published in 1933. Orwell spent his later life a socialist, occasionally fleeing soviet socialist dissenters. His later writings had an anti-stalinist tone to them. In the 1940"s orwell was greatly involved with famous newspapers such as the tribune and bbc.
