If a women asked if a tubal ligation would cause her to go into an early menopause, i would tell her yes. If a woman were to have her ovaries removed, i would think this would cause the women to go into menopause. If the women only had one ovary removed, i believe she would show early signs of menopause. If the testes do not descend the men will lose their fertility potential. Also the man may lose his complete potential to produce sperm. Additional problems that may occur are hernias, and increased risk of testicular cancer. 4: the only 100% effective way to prevent sexual transmission of hiv and stds is through abstinence. The cell membranes of the egg and sperm fuse together. The female egg, also called a secondary oocyte at this stage, completes its second meiotic division.
