We expect every team member to be present each meeting day and to be actively participating, exchanging ideas, and contributing to our projects. We expect each person to be accepting of others thoughts and ideas, while being open to constructive criticism. We hope each member contributes equally, with their best work and takes each assignment seriously. If there is ever to be a disagreement, we will take a vote as a team to reconcile the issue. The majority of the votes will make the final decision. If an individual does not meet these expectations, the group will first talk to that specific member and let them know that they need to step it up. If the individual"s behavior does not change, the team will then take a vote on whether or not that member should be fired . All group members have decided to meet on the scheduled class time for friday.
