Power distance, is the dimension that deals with all individuals in societies not being equal. This means that people accept a hierarchical order. In this order, everyone has a place and needs no further justification. Hierarchy in an organization is seen as reflecting inherent inequalities, centralization is popular subordinates expect to be told what do and the ideal boss is a benevolent autocrat . Individuals is the degree of interdependence a society has for its members. Tanzania, scores a 25, which means it is considered a collectivistic society.
