Abduction - take away, adduction - back to anatomical position. Rotation - lateral or medial (shaking your head) Pronation - palms down without moving elbows. Reposition - thumbs in ap, opposition - thumbs inside palm. Elevation - mandible in ap, depression - jaw down, mouth open. Protraction - sliding forward (shoulder blades, jaw), retraction - backward.
