Popenoe uses physiological/evolutionary psychology and structural functional perspectives to say that parents need separate gender roles. Cultural feminists would argue that female politicians are less corrupt because the system oppresses them false. The reason is not because women are oppressed, cultural feminists believe that they would be less corrupt because they have more feminine, moral qualities they are better because they are not going to do these other corrupt practices. Male leaders are more corrupt because of their masculinity. Capitalist are owners of means of production and capital that controls the markets they have all the power.
