When someone complains about a large number of symptoms that doesn"t make sense and there"s nothing wrong with them. Person pays too much attention to their own body. The belief that you have an illness even though the doctor(s) say otherwise. Losing function of an organ or body part even though there is nothing physically wrong ex. blindness, paralysis.
