Liaison making contacts outside their own unit. Disseminator sharing the information they have gathered with other organization. Spokesman representing the organization to the outside world. Entrepreneur seeking opportunities for improvement and initiating change. Disturbance handler intervening in response to unexpected events or conflicts. Resource allocator deciding who will get what.
