Feeling more" does not mean it is enough. European feeling is not as strong as the national one. People do not feel concerned of what happens in the eu. Decisions taken in brussels affect the daily life of the citizens. Main point: lisbon treaty defined the democratic principles. Eu is built on a culture of consensus.
