Medical examiner has coroners but, louisiana has just a coroner system. Louisiana has no medical examiner system , each parish has a coroner who is elected by the citizens of the parish. Codis(combined dna index system) and namus (national unidentified missing person database) 2. diploe-trabecular or spongy bone in between the layers.
