Make sure you are in superior physical condition: players/athletes/team, 3. *remember you can say or do something in an instant that will give someone heartache. *worse thing you can do to another human is make them feel like they don"t matter. Coaching styles: look at for next activity, when we go observe a team practice. Efficient: getting things done, correctly, fair word, doing things right is a sometime thing. Effective: doing the right things, is an everyday thing, steady, getting work done; less stress: have to be an expert at managing time.
