Adhd: one of the most common childhood mental illnesses: may continue to adulthood, about 5% of kids have adhd and 2. 5% of adults, rates are higher in boys than girls, symptoms must be present for six months. Impatient, inappropriate language, interrupt others, can"t sit down or do anything quiet. Inattentive: getting bored quickly, daydreaming, missing details, organization problems, lose objects, combined, treatment, amphetamines, adhd can be mistaken for other illnesses. Inattentive adhd may be seen as shy: hyperactivity could be seen as a discipline problem. Encopresis: defecation in inappropriate places, and most of it is involuntary (occasionally intentional) Enuresis: repeatedly urinating in bed or clothes. Usually occurs in the early afternoon on school days because kids are afraid of using the bathroom: combined, by age 10, 3-5% of children have this, age 15: 1% Intellectual disability development disorder: symptom: below average intellectual function, two specific categories.
