Symptoms include abdominal or pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding rupture of the fallopian tube can result in abdominal bleeding, fainting and shock. Stis such as chlamydia or gonorrheal infections can result in inflammation and scarring of the fallopian tubes leading to increased risk of ectopic pregnancies.
