The peloponnesian war led to the end of greek polies. An an ancient kingdom ruled by alexander the great that conquered most of greece and the persian empire. It had a rough terrain and a cold climate. A group of people who lived in macedonia and were grouped into tribes. They were referred to as barbarians by the greeks. Had a lot of power due to their ethnic pride. Democracy in athens came to an end after these people conquered greece.
