Homicide - intentionally killing under heat of passion. Negligent homicide - failure of duty you caused harm. Criminal negligent homicide - probation to 4 years. Felony murder rule - if a person dies during or after the commission of a felony the actor can be charged with murder of the first degree. Doesn"t matter if you were the driver or assailant - same punishment. Statutory rape - just have to prove victim is underage. Rape shield law - cannot question any prior sexual activity. The extent of the injuries the person receives. Intentionally dismember or disfigure a person - aggravated. Unlawful entry of home or business with the intent to commit a crime. Different punishments for different dollar amounts in larceny. Anticipatory (inchoate) crimes - 4 scenarios where the time is not completed: conspiracy - agreement to commit crime, solicitation - asking someone to commit crime, attempt - prep and plan for a crime but do not complete.
