Ex: da club: family pictures, can convey important info about the family and its relationships, women seem closer and men more estranged. Not random how people arrange themselves: bedside doctor vs. Foot of the bed doctor: bedside is interested in patient, foot of the bed more interested in stats of patient, territory, we stake out our place. Individuals will sit in the same seat class after class. It has become your space/your seat: home field advantage, experiment: the extent to which people map out library studying space. Find a table where 1 person was studying. Send 1 group member to sit right next to that person.
