Document Summary

Happiness - everyone wants to be happy - it"s human nature. Happiness is their bait that they hook you on. Means source of happiness isn"t external because there is no correlation between wealth and happy. Many poor people are very happy without any material wealth. All religions say happiness is internally based. Religions talk about a happiness that is not dependent for its existence on an external object. Because happiness is not dependent on external objects, happiness is constant. Ordinary happiness - different than religious happiness. Based upon senses coming in contact with some sort of object. Experience of happiness leaves when object/person is removed. External objects come and go but god never leaves, he"s constant. This is saying that if you win the lottery or go bankrupt, you"re equally as happy because those are external and your happiness is internal. Can"t buy this type of happiness with money. Everyone likes to think their life is meaningful.
