It takes awhile to deport people, in regards to getting travel documents and talking to their consulate. You can come here as green card holder and still be deported from the u. s. Depending on the action determines how long you"ll be barred from the united states. Burden of proof; whether it may be beyond reasonable doubt or clear and convincing evidence. Anybody not admitted is 212 and anybody who is admitted id under the grounds of 237. A majority of people are removed for overstaying their visa. Violation of nonimmigrant status or condition of entry.
