Movement of bony levels through rom (gross) Passive end point of a joint rom. Required for a joint to exhibit full rom. When you bend your knee (ex. squat) At the very end of knee extension, we get a spin. Last 20 degrees f extension, femur rotates mediallydepending on if you"re weight bearing. If you"re weightbearing, extension to all the way up then femur rotates medially. Essentially spin and screw tibia into place.
