Another aspect of connoisseurship is their relationship to our sense of taste. The taste of a connoisseur is considered sophisticated and selective in relation to the craft. Our definition of taste is quite complex in relation to art, and it is ultimately bound up with our ideas about social class. It"s already mentioned the art appreciation method art open to all, and seen and appreciated by everyone. Conversely, connoisseurship creates a type of taste hierarchy.
