As we know, people who spend most of their time lament the lack of time. We should treat our coworkers " time, time, and friends as precious, but limited, wealth. Effective time management concepts can be implemented in any science or research organization, company or business. Not only ourselves but also our friends and family will feel the benefits of good and effective time management. Detailed objective formulation, identification and elimination of time wasters, and postponement of later work (procrastination), using time management methods and systematic control will enable efficient time use. A good plan provides the basis for optimum and meaningful time use. In today"s fast-paced lifestyle, we hardly ever get enough time to do everything we need to do. School, house, cooking, cleaning, fitness centre, training courses, etc. The amount of roles that we have to perform every day lets us play hundreds of tasks every day.
