In this simulation game, the class was separated into two groups called the alpha and. On the alpha side, in my experience, i was confused about the instructions and i felt awkward when performing these actions between other students. I also felt frustrated when communicating with the other group because they were mostly to themselves. For example, when i was greeting a beta, i would try to greet them by holding out my hands. Betas did not hold their hands out to the greeting and did not speak. At the end of the game, i felt relieved when the two sides came together on an agreement with building a bridge to be safe from the tsunami. I felt accomplished that we were able to set aside our differences and to go around our beliefs and values for the greater good.
