Every person has 2 sex chromosomes, one inherited from each parent. Transgender/transsexual: he/she feels as if she is actually of opposite gender. Transvestite: person who gains sexual pleasure from dressing like opposite sex. When men/women freer to choose gender roles for themselves, with intimate relationships like marriage, their chances for success and fulfillment increase. Role equity: roles of person fulfills are based on individual strengths and weaknesses rather than on a set of preordained stereotypical differences between the sexes. Androgyny: blending of traits associated with sexes by society.
