Makes data easier to process and understand by changing color and other properties. Sparkline tools provide tiny charts analyzing a row of data. Vlookup = vertical lookup; retrieves information from an excel database based on a supplied instance of a unique identifier. Four pieces of information used: lookup value, table array, column index number, true/false. Delimited = separating the values in each row with a specific character. Every value is separated in a text file by a common character, usually a tab or comma. Most spreadsheet applications can import or export data in a delimited format.
