Social distancing: voluntary, recommended limitation of physical contact with outer people 3 ft distance no shaking of hands. Federal isolation and quarantine are authorized for cholera, diphtheria, tb, plague, smallpox, and yellow fever ebola sars. Comes from the commerce clause of the us constitution.
