Very separate- not overlapping: *public health policy is not always strait forward. Who regulates the policy: ex: state might enforce federal regulations, public health policy, with all of these organizations involved, what could possibly go wrong, making policy in the us, complicated to pass policy. Lecture 20: when discussing policy, we cannot always rely on the highest level of the socioeconomic model!
