Patrons: part of a confraternity (group of ppl that takes care of the sick/poor, devote religious ppl that give up material things) of the holy sacrament= showing jesus doing sacrament represents the confraternity. Those helping serve are the main patrons of the piece. Relatable bc of the flemish interior trying to get people to relate to the biblical scene. Classic biblical figures are wearing more ancient type clothes. Not wearing shoes = holy act/presence of god. The first pope peter is in green to the left of jesus. Judas is in the front left corner (hiding his left hand)
