Elements of a good argument: analyze both sides, be assertive. First part of arguments is making a claim back up a claim. Know your facts, back up with evidence. Claim is going to be a statement you make and back up with sources, research, address counterclaims. Summary: lebron the team needs a playmaker in order to be great and can"t settle for what they have going on now because it isn"t enough. The rest of his team isn"t doing very well and he needs a playmaker. Barkley complimented but then said he was coming at the game, didn"t attack personally instead talked about the game from the basketball standpoint. Insulted each other, more of like a middle school battle, juvenile back and forth. Worksheet top to bottom in order, have to work in order of the questions. Jurisdiction what gives barkley the right to make this argument, why is he authority on this.
