We do not learn expressions: people smile when happy i every country. Distinctiveness -->extent to which the same person reacts in the same way to different stimuli. Facial expression: eye contact, body language, touching others, scents. Fundamental attributional error -->for other"s problem behavior, we overuse internal attributions. Impression formation -->how we make judgments about other people. Impression management -->what we do to make us look favorable.
