Development plan requires investment from 1. budgets of the two parties 2. community 3. private capital. Education, cultural, and vocational training are forms of human investment. Three segments of african society: traditional, western, and islamic coexist uneasily, often in conflict with one another. Two aims 1. restitution of the egalitarianism of human society 2. logistic mobilization of all our resources toward the attainment of that restitution. Philosophical conscienism - taking its start from the present content of the african conscience, indicates they way in which progress is forged out of the conflict into that conscience. Materialism is the absolute ad independent existence of matter.
