Basic Step:
1. Left foot steps forward, right heel lifts up
2. Left foot step back to center, right foot step slightly back, left foot step slightly back
3. Right foot steps back, left toes lift up
4. Right foot step forward to center, left foot step slightly forward, right foot step slightly
forward
Turn
1. Left foot steps forward, right heel lifts up
2. Left foot step back to center, right foot step slightly back, left foot step slightly back
3. Right foot steps back, left toes lift up
4. Right foot step forward to center, left foot step slightly forward, right foot step slightly
forward
5. Left foot steps forward, right heel lifts up
6. Left foot step back to center, right foot step slightly back, left foot step slightly back
7. Right foot steps back, left toes lift up
8. Right foot step forward to center, left foot step slightly forward, right foot step slightly

9. Lead’s left foot steps forward, right heel lifts up, while Lead lifts right hand forward over
Follow’s head so that Follow is facing the lead
10. Follow leans back, creating tension in arts with Lead
11. Follow returns to original position, by crossing under arms again
12. Lead marches in place during that time
13. Right foot steps back, left toes lift up
