Hand Switch
1. Lead left foot steps to the left and right foot touches, and Follow’s right footsteps to the
right and left foot touches
2. Lead’s right hand grabs right hand of Follow and Lead’s left hand grabs the left hand of
Follow
3. Lead left foot steps to the left and right foot touches, and Follow’s right footsteps to the
right and left foot touches
4. Right hands are on top on the left hands
First Turn
1. Lead right foot steps to the right and left foot touches
2. Lead’s right hand lifts up and over the Follow’s head
3. Lead right foot steps to the right and left foot touches
4. Left hand follows so that the Follow turns clockwise
Part Turn
1. Lead’s right hand now on bottom of left hands pushes toward Follow’s middle on the
first count, Lead left foot steps to the left and right foot touches
2. Right hand unwinds and turns the Follow counterclockwise
3. Stops with Lead’s right hand and Follow’s right hand on the Follow’s left shoulder and
Lead’s left hand and Follow’s left hand in front of the Lead and to the left side of the
Follow at mid chest level
Second Turn
1. Lead’s right hand let’s go of Follow’s right
2. Left hand extends out to the left and then lifts up to spin the Follow in a counterclockwise
over head turn
Side Turn
1. Lead right foot to the side and Follow’s left foot to the side
2. Follow’s foot goes back to center but back as Lead’s left foot takes a step forward
3. Follow takes two steps while Lead marches twice so that on the tap, partners are next to
eachother, with Follow facing forward and Lead facing to the side
4. Lead puts their right hand on the Follow’s back to Lead them around
5. Left hand of Lead moves to the left on stomach level, then to upt over Follow’s head in a
counterclockwise turn
Return to Base
1. Lead left foot steps to the left and right foot touches, and Follow’s right footsteps to the
right and left foot touches
2. Lead lifts left hand over head to their right shoulder, and then Follow’s hand slides down
arm to original position before handswitch
