Thunderbolt kills and is a punitive tool. By looking at zeus, u see he is punitive cus always pictured w thunderbolt. Immoral means u have sense what morals r, but go against them. Did zeus see himself above exempt from the rules (amoral) or is he violating them cus he can. Violates rules but is wrathful god of justice. Because he governs the areas he does, he knows the importance of rules but still violates them. Prometheus makes us ask r u being punished too much for the crime.
