To ensure we have no crime we will have to use more drones. In a democracy we should be able to allow that. It is alright if you are a misbehaving a little. In singapore you get hit with a cane if you litter. If we do this we are showing that we do not trust the people. Nondemocratic states do not trust the people, that is why they follow them.
