It should be taken into consideration whether to deal with public health issues in new situations like disease outbreak i. e. quarantining a whole city. They tie in with human rights and whether these health investments are fair, like the treatment of a person in an experiment. These rights based approach argues that human rights are conductive to their health. Ho(cid:449)e(cid:448)er, it"s not fully a(cid:272)kno(cid:449)ledged (cid:271)ecause governments prioritize public health over the individual. These rights play a part in research cases, which help improve global health. Humans beings are tested with the intent of helping the future. Below are some cases that show an intrusion of these rights. 1933 the rei(cid:272)h cir(cid:272)ular (cid:449)as supplanted by hitler"s as(cid:272)ension. This caused many german experiments to involve euthanasia victims, pows, and those from the camps. 7 were sentenced to death and hanging. In 1932, 600 african men volunteered to be a part of a study on syphilis.
