Our cell phones, our selves (revision project 2) Cell phones have been the cause of 1 out of every 4 car accidents in the united. States. (quisenberry) this number is atrocious because of the fact that it is our choice to use cell phones while driving. How one can risk someone else"s life, as well as their own, to send a text or tweet is beyond me. It saddens to me to see such a bright generation throw away their intelligence because they are trying to fit in with the new social norm, that now is technology. The fact that we cannot even put our phones down while driving, is more than enough evidence showing that we have become attached to these small devices. Of course, cell phones have their pros that make life easier, but the cons are endless and in some cases life changing.
