It seems as the girls has some proficiency in the skill. She steps forward with her opposite leg, using a contralateral step, as her starting point for the throw. There is a rotary movement of the trunk as she starts her backswing, of what is seems like a block rotation. It looks like her backswing, humerus, and forearm action is on step 2, there is no circular motion but her forearm swings forward before the shoulders. Her hips are moving in unison with her trunk. The ball moves over her shoulder and near her ear, and her elbow and upper arm move forward. This little girl seems a little more inexperienced at her throwing skill. Even though she takes a contralateral step, it is a very short one. Because her contralateral step is so short, she almost need to jump in order to have sufficient power to throw the ball forcefully.
