People are not fully into adulthood until they are in their 20s, what exact age this is is not definitive just the point at which you are living and supporting oneself independently. More developmental demand than ever before therefore it is taking longer and there are separate crises/goals. High school diploma gets you nowhere these days independence requires more education and therefore time. Inflation the rate of inflation makes things more expensive. You can"t get by with a high school diploma. Our cohort is the first to experience it. We are less likely to achieve or succeed our parent"s standard of living first cohort this is ever happening to this affects our cohort, but obviously our parents. Our parents assume that we will be self sufficient when out of college and they are not prepared for the reality.
