Marked by formal governments: example: gluckman the frailty in authority. A conflict between the ideals of leadership and the weakness of the leader . Rebellions seek to raise princes to kingship: They do not attempt to alter the structure of offices itself. They attack the king by turning to their representatives. Rebellions reinforce political organization: people are questioned.
