Anyone fleeing from china, would be considered to be fleeing a repressive government. Chinese ppl have been leaving because of the large number of chaos. Began diverting themselves to west and the the us. Fastest group of legal migrants to the us. Allowed ppl to take some 30k loan to get out of the country, and would pay it off by working in the us.
