Nations and nationhood: nation: pretending you have something in common with others because you are form the same place. Food distinctly of that country: essence of the country. Culinary nationalism & cosmopolitanism: cosmopolitan: being comfortable with and knowing people of different cultures, as a nation"s food spreads, there are questions of authenticity. Food tourism: come to our country and see the authentic way to cook and eat our food.
