Services-- are intangible activities or benefits that an organization provides to satisfy consumers needs in exchanging for money or something of value (ex: dental exam, watching movies, getting a haircut) We can also break down into nondurable and durable goods. Goods: a good has tangible attributes that a consumers five senses can perceive. Non-durable good: an item consumed in one or few uses.
