Jurisdiction: territory, florida law case or criminal case = florida state court, federal law or criminal case involves constitutional question = Federal court: subject matter, certain cases have to be in certain courts, federal issues go to federal court, suing a gov"t agency or department = federal court, diversity cases go to federal court.
