Clearnet: areas of the internet that are accessible by typical browsing and search engines. Deep web: any website, information, etc. that is not indexed by search engines, to access these websites, usually need, the full url, permission (via preauthorization or credentials, all facebook accounts, private youtube videos, private storage, etc. Difficult to estimate how much the internet is clearnet or deep web : but some estimates claim 99% of content stored on the internet is part of the deep web (access with full url and permissions, iceberg example. Dark web = dark net: generally accessed through onion routers, or tor, dark net is sometimes referred to as tor net, (perhaps inappropriately, generally considered to be part of the deep web; smaller part of deep web. Historically slow: not useful for downloading loads of stuff ironically, torrenting on tor is highly dangerous. Developed by the tor foundation: free, modified version of firefox.
