Case #1: officer states in affidavit that she has reliable info from a credible person that drugs are being stored at the home on 35 main street. Can"t just give conclusions need some facts for court to review: not enough to say, i have reliable info or that source is credible have to say something about it, have to give facts. Case #2: anonymous call (put a ring around it more difficult) that says i know for sure d robbed fnb. He has no job, but 2 days after robbery his old car disappeared and he had new luxury one. Innocent facts can constitute probable cause: the facts themselves don"t have to be crimes in order to support that this collectively is probable cause for a crime. Case #3: officer seeking warrant to search d"s office. In affidavit, o says d"s wife said d keeps illegal drugs in his desk at work.
