He"s really uncoordinated and slow eating his food: some possible causes of the impairments could be that the man is drunk from the beers, seeing as he"s had three. I would also notify my manager of the man and how he"s acting. As another patron, i would offer to pay for his meal. Some incorrect ways to handle this situation would be just to leave the man alone and mind your own business or to have the man kicked out of the restaurant. So in conclusion, i would think that this situation would have been handled completely different if the man was in his 30s or 40s.
