Strategic/ordered type of behavior (way far on the right and ethnic hatred) - happening for a particular reason to achieve some type of military goal. Scope conditions: focus on rape in civil war. She is not focusing on other parts of sexual violence that we discuss in class. Patterns of perpetrators - complex patterns at the group and individual levels.
